Services Expenses Funded by Foundation 1. Transportation to and from trial: a. Auto - gas receipt reimbursement - estimate of mileage with use of map quest etc ; b. Plane - coach fare ticket round-trip one time during trial period. 2. Meals: 2 per day per person- no alcoholic beverages, use moderate priced restaurant whenever possible, such as Applebee’s or Denny’s. 3. Lodging: normal daily room rate for a Sleep Inn or Holiday Inn in trial city. 4. Other unexpected expenses will be considered on a case by case basis. **All expenses are to be verified with receipts.**
